Use of Conventions

While my project doesn't exactly challenge conventions, it does use many of the conventions. One convention that I think I made the most use of was a title that stands out. I did this using a color that is very apparent to the eyes and a font that I didn't use anywhere else in the article. I used bright colors (like reds, pinks, and blues) throughout the entire magazine. This project doesn't highlight any issues but it does represent a "social group" (if I can really call it that, I don't know if it falls under that definition), that being local bands. Representing this social group is Kettle of Fish, the cover-band I photographed.
